Refund policy
We want you to be confident in your OBBSEA purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product should be in its original condition and include the storage bags, pump, cable, sealing clips, packaging, and other included items. Products that are excessively used, intentionally damaged, altered, or missing major components may not qualify for a full refund.
Start a return
Email obbsea@gmail.com before sending a return. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos or video if the product is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Do not return products to an Amazon address or a shipping-label address without receiving return instructions from OBBSEA. Unauthorized returns may not be recoverable.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to preference, ordering error, or another reason unrelated to product quality or fulfillment, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
- If the order is damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, OBBSEA will provide an appropriate resolution and cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when a return is required.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless the return resulted from an OBBSEA or fulfillment error.
Refunds
After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Customers should normally receive the refund within 15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Cancellations
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. Because orders can enter fulfillment quickly, cancellation is not guaranteed after processing has begun.
One-Year Limited Warranty
OBBSEA warrants to the original purchaser that the included vacuum pump and storage bags will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original delivery date.
What is covered
- A pump that fails under normal intended use.
- A charging port or control that fails because of a manufacturing defect.
- A valve, closure, or bag seam that is defective when received or fails prematurely under normal intended use.
- Missing or incorrect components reported promptly after delivery.
What is not covered
- Punctures, cuts, burns, liquid damage, or damage caused by sharp objects.
- Damage caused by overfilling, improper sealing, misuse, unauthorized modification, or unsuitable charging equipment.
- Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or normal reduction in rechargeable-battery capacity over time.
- Products purchased from an unauthorized seller or without valid proof of purchase.
Request warranty service
Email obbsea@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos or video. We may request reasonable troubleshooting before approving a replacement or other warranty solution.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your state.
